Supersheldon provides educational services for students from K to 12, including English, Mathematics, Science, and other academic subjects, as well as exam preparation courses for international curriculums in Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Our platform is designed to deliver interactive learning experiences online, including personalized tutoring, homework assistance, and exam readiness.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register as a parent/guardian or to manage a student account. Students under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

By using our Services, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. We may restrict or terminate accounts if eligibility requirements are not met.

3. Registration and Accounts

To access most of our Services, you must create an account on Supersheldon.com. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

Supersheldon reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Services Offered

• K–12 Academic Tutoring in English, Maths, Science, and other subjects.
• Exam Preparation Courses for major boards and competitive exams across Australia, the UK, and the US.
• Interactive Online Classes, including 1:1 tutoring sessions.
• Homework Assistance & Assignments through our LMS.
• Quizzes and Progress Tracking for continuous improvement.

5. Payments, Fees, and Refunds

All payments must be made in advance through our secure payment gateway. Fees are displayed in the currency relevant to your region. Refunds will be governed by our Refund Policy. Please refer to it before making any purchase.

Supersheldon is not responsible for currency conversion fees or bank charges.

6. Use of Services

You agree to:

• Use our Services only for lawful educational purposes.
• Not share your account with others without authorization.
• Not misuse the Services by attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting the platform, or violating applicable laws.

Supersheldon reserves the right to monitor user activity to maintain the integrity of our Services.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All course content, study materials, graphics, videos, logos, and software are owned by Supersheldon. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal educational purposes only. Copying, redistributing, or commercial use of our content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

9. Third-Party Services

Supersheldon may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp) to deliver lessons and notifications. By using our Services, you consent to such integrations. Supersheldon is not liable for disruptions caused by third-party services.

10. User Content

Students and parents may upload or submit homework, projects, or other materials through our platform. By submitting content, you grant Supersheldon a worldwide, royalty-free license to use the content for the purpose of providing our Services. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not violate intellectual property rights or laws.

11. Code of Conduct

• Treat tutors, students, and staff with respect.
• Avoid offensive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.
• Abide by online classroom etiquette during sessions.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of Services.

12. Disclaimers

Supersheldon provides educational services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee specific academic results, grades, or outcomes. Supersheldon is not responsible for technical issues, downtime, or interruptions beyond our control.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: Supersheldon and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability in any matter related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 6 months.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Supersheldon, its affiliates, tutors, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your use of the Services;
• Violation of these Terms;
• Violation of any third-party rights.

15. Termination of Services

Supersheldon may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services ceases immediately. Outstanding fees remain payable.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore-560038, Karnataka.
